Photographs stay in your mail and in the model you use. This page only turns a draft into the report. Change any line that is not what you see, then save a PDF and send it yourself.

   Check the photographs first.

   If an eye is soft, flashed, or filtered, reply with the photograph guide and wait. Do not draft a guess.

   Paste the prompt.

   Copy the prompt, open your model, attach both eyes and the client’s notes, and paste.

   Read it here.

   Put the reply in the box. The page draws the report as you type. Fix the words in the box, not in a design tool.

   Send the file you would sign.

   Print, choose Save as PDF, and email it from wolfvisions@protonmail.com. If they ordered a protocol, add your formula list before you send.
